Eric R. Tovar, Owner and President

has been a life-long resident of the Baltimore/Washington area. He attended the University of Baltimore School of Business and worked his way through college running a remodeling company. Eric gained experience working for some of the most successful homebuilders and developers in the region, including the Leadership Group, Mitchell & Best, Capital Homes and The Gables. With wide-ranging experience and capabilities in every aspect of homebuilding, Eric founded Churchill Group in 1991.
