Superintendent: 3-4 years experience, responsible for scheduling, quality
control, ordering, and managing all phases of construction

Assistant Superintendent: 1-2 years experience, train with Superintendent to
learn the home building process

Punch-out Mechanic: 1-2 years experience, tools, transportation, and finish end
carpentry skills
